1. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

 

2. Why is my credit card being rejected? 
This may be due to your credit card security settings. Try leaving the CVC code blank when you enter the credit card information. If this does not work, you can checkout using Paypal or contact customer service for further assistance.

 

3. What is the cancellation and return policy?
Your order can be cancelled at any time before it is shipped. If it has already shipped, it will have to be processed as a return. Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Under our 1-year warranty, exchanges will be accepted for 1 year if there is a manufacturer defect. 

 

4. Why is the button on my Insta-Corer not working? 
Press the button one time to turn it on. Release the button - DO NOT hold it down while using the corer. When you need to turn it off, press the button once again and release. 

 

5. How do I care for my Insta-Corer?
The stainless steel tip is dishwasher-safe. Do not place the actual corer handle in the dishwasher - wipe the corer down with a wet cloth and dry.
